An evening of Trivial Pursuit

We had such a fun night tonight! Ryan, Colin, Rick, and I spent the evening playing Trivial Pursuit, young guys against old guys, and it was a blast. First, though, we tried our hand at an old game, Operation -- hysterical to try that again!

We've had that game since the first year Rick and I were together, and just now got it down to play. The first Christmas we had together as a couple, we gave each other fun things, like the toys we wanted when we were kids. I got Spirograph, he got Operation, etc, etc.

The guys are headed to New Haven, CT tomorrow, so I will be busy, busy, busy, working on jewelry, but for now, let me leave you with this piece -- I had some gold-filled rings that I'd bought for I don't remember what now, and then got this super clasp, and decided to try out chain maille again:

Lesley taught me this particular weave. Really like it! Made a silver one today, but it needs to be tumble polished tomorrow. If you're interested in this one, email me at !

  1. That's a beauty! I love that bracelet. For the past couple of months I have been totally addicted to chain maille-ing, isn't it such fun!?!

I appreciate comments! Thank you for contributing to the conversation.
