Today's Blog Theme -- Jewelry from the past

I used to make jewelry, you know? Tons of it. Hours spent every day, shows or web updates every weekend. As I start to sift through boxes of beads, I'm excited that every now and then, I put several sets into one bag, thinking, "Yep, that'll look terrific eventually." Having those ready-to-go bags gives me comfort among the detritus that is my studio.

Now if someone would just dust in here.....

You may have seen these before, but here are some past creations.

  4. Your jewelry is beautiful! I admire those who can create. My fingers just don't work that way and my eyes aren't be best either. Yup....we get older, body parts don't work as well, and we have to move on.....sometimes whether we like it or not. :-(

Talent, taste, skill... a winning trifecta for sure. Love, love, love what you create! In this batch I particularly like the bracelet with the buttons, flower beads, and sugary beads - what fabulous texture and color. Very pretty things, indeed.
