c) Evenly distribute the rest of the people across the three dates.
d) Match up those who will swap internationally.
e) Pair up the rest of the people, trying not to match same style to same style (as best as we can).
f) Check for any overlaps.
g) Create email distribution lists.
h) Email each of the 399 people who their partners are and what to do next.

Man, I was exhausted before I even got to the bottom of the list. I only saw one thing wrong with your post -- it is not enough to "buy" pie. You must also "eat" pie and "drink" the scotch.

If there is anything I can do to help you out, I am only about 1.5 hours away, ie; tell jokes to help you keep your sanity, make spread sheets, bring you pie, hold down the fort so you can rest your eyes, pour some scotch!

I wish you lived closer, because the women in my family specialize in MAKING pie. My mom's specialty is lemon meringue, although I like her baked peach pie the best. My specialty is mixed berry. That mix is combination of strawberry, blueberry and raspberry baked together. My oldest daughter always requests my pecan pie, although I do make a mean oatmeal pie for the kiddo who is allergic to nuts. My husband likes them all. What's YOUR favorite?!?
