Interview with Barbara Bechtel of Floridity

Quote of the Day: I Skipped the Mascara Today
Book Review:  "Model Home" by Eric Puchner

Today on Art Bead Scene is my interview with Barbara Bechtel of Floridity, a polymer clay artist and jewelry designer. Click here to read it, click here to visit her bead store on Etsy, and here for her web store.

Barbara was one of my first Cup of Bead Soup artists, and I just love her work.  In fact, today I made this bracelet using her faceted beads, some vintage acrylic, and a Green Girl Studios winged heart.  I'm looking forward to nabbing more Green Girl beads at Bead and Button.

Speaking of Bead and Button, I leave on Friday, and don't forget I'll be having the biggest giveaway I've EVER had when I get back!

Lori Anderson creates jewelry for her web site, Lori Anderson Designs, and wrote the blog An Artist's Year Off.  She's also a contributor to Art Bead Scene.  She is also the creator of the Bead Soup Blog Party.
