Some Exciting Things Are Underway

It must be that spring-cleaning feeling, that feeling of oh hey!  The sun is out (sometimes, anyway), and trees are starting to look like trees again, and things just feel like they should be changing.

Several of my friends have been talking about revamping their blogs, and I'd been thinking that over for a month or so myself.  I finally hooked up with a company who is hopefully going to be able to change my vision of what this blog is all about.  I've got my fingers crossed because sometimes what's in my mind doesn't translate onto paper (or in this case, the internet).

The doorway to new things -- a gate in my town.

I have so many ideas about what this blog can do and be.  I'm not talking about enormous things, but little things, fun things, homey touches that will make it more than just me yammering away.  For example, I'm still not going to take paid ads (I never have) BUT I hope to be able to feature more artists on a more regular basis in a better way.  I want to bring new talent to your attention, not only in beads, but in other mediums as well.  That's just one thing.

There's so much more I have in mind for this blog!  Not secrets, really, but just in case things fall apart or I goof it all up, I don't want to leave you holding an empty box going, "Where's the stuff?"

I hope my ideas and plans work, but more than that, I hope that when they DO come to fruition, you'll enjoy the new blog and find it worthwhile.

  30. I'm excited for you and the future ideas that will come to your revamping your blog...just keep on communicating with who ever it is that you you have doing the work...real good communication takes time.Plain and simple.
I work with a woman who thinks I have the ability to reads minds...and I think you know...I sure don't...but because I have so many times executed just what she wanted... she started giving me less and less info...hence all the redo's..so back me pinning her down and asking questions that will lead to the desired result.
Just wanted to stop by and let you know I'm still thinking of you.
    Have a terrific weekend!
