Want to go freerunning with me?

Or, at least, watch a little?

I don't know that I've ever had this much energy in my life.

  5. Shoot, Jane, I was wondering what the place's INSURANCE was like!

I mean, when I did "extreme aerobics", I had to jump up in a split and hurl myself at the floor in a push up, but that's baby stuff compared to this.

  21. THAT is so cool! I would join that gym (even though I'm hopelessly clumsy). I wonder if they have a "baby free-running" to get started? I was first aware of freerunning in the Madonna Jump video. I had to look it up because the moves were so fascinating to me. In the opening scene of the James' Bond Casino Royale, it featured a free-runner as a "bad guy." I looked him up and watched a little interview he did about free-running, he said he considered free-running to be more of an art form than sport. Comparing Daniel Craig's athletic chase to Sebastien Foucan's graceful running... free-running is really stunning. (I'm so glad you posted that video, if you can't tell.) Meandering side note: Sebastien is one of the founders of Parkour (free-running) and it's considered an human movement art farm on this website. http://www.worldwidejam.tv/start.1.jam.parkour.html
