I don't think I could keep up!
Lordy, I pulled a muscle just watching them!
I wish I would have tried that when I was young. it looks like a LOT of fun.
Holy Smokes! I wonder what their doctor bills are like?
Shoot, Jane, I was wondering what the place's INSURANCE was like!I mean, when I did "extreme aerobics", I had to jump up in a split and hurl myself at the floor in a push up, but that's baby stuff compared to this.
Yeah, I'm with Bobbie!
I saw something like this on Conan O'Brien and was fascinated!
I'm buzzed up on dark chocolate and red wine. Lets go!!!
Lori,What branch of the service were you with? I was Navy.
"Ouch" is the first word that comes to mind. Then "fun!"
Cool! I have a nephew who loves and does these things. If only one could borrow a bit of that energy...! Wishful thinking.
LOL what fun! They were super talented! That winded me watching it..heh heh
Yikes! Makes my knee hurt at the thought!
I had my kids come watch this video. You know what the reaction was, right? Let's do it!!!! Find us a place to do that mom!!! Oh, to be young again..... Ok, maybe not. :)
Looks like crazy fun... My head says I wanna try it... my body is screaming something much different LOL!
yikes! only in my dreams!
Oh . . . was that you in the pink Tshirt?I am out of breath just watching.
I worked up a sweat just watching! Whew!Emanda
I've seen these guys before - they rock!
*lol* I'm not on the clumsy side, but I'd break my neck for sure trying these moves. Great video!
THAT is so cool! I would join that gym (even though I'm hopelessly clumsy). I wonder if they have a "baby free-running" to get started? I was first aware of freerunning in the Madonna Jump video. I had to look it up because the moves were so fascinating to me. In the opening scene of the James' Bond Casino Royale, it featured a free-runner as a "bad guy." I looked him up and watched a little interview he did about free-running, he said he considered free-running to be more of an art form than sport. Comparing Daniel Craig's athletic chase to Sebastien Foucan's graceful running... free-running is really stunning. (I'm so glad you posted that video, if you can't tell.) Meandering side note: Sebastien is one of the founders of Parkour (free-running) and it's considered an human movement art farm on this website. http://www.worldwidejam.tv/start.1.jam.parkour.html
I would LOVE to do that! that is so cool! how awesome!
Comments are like a hug to my heart. Thank you! :)
