Namaste

"Namaste"

"Peace be with you."

What a lovely way to leave a yoga class and start the day.

(This pendant is now on my web site, www.lorianderson.net)

It is a lovely way to great the day and leave a yoga class. Another interpretation that my yoga teacher used was that namaste was "my spririt greets your spirit." Either way, there is something very soothing about saying the word.

Lori, I love all the work you do! I have left you a small token of my appreciation on my blog. Take a peek when you have time.

I love that! It is a great thing to always think. If you are upset with someone...what a great way to diffuse it. If you are happy...you are putting that happiness out there. I've seen the word several times, but didn't know what it meant. Thanks for sharing!
