Charms

I just participated in a private swap, with the theme of "Black and White". I made charms out of white vintage buttons and jet Swarovski crystals. The joy of the group is that you send in a certain amount of charms, and you get back the same amount, one from each swap member.

Mine is the flower button, 2nd down on the left. As you can see, there are a lot of talented artists in the group, and the packaging on many of them is just as lovely as the charm itself.


When I opened my package of charms, Zack immediately made claim to two of them. I tied them to some gift wrap ribbon and he wore them around with pride:

I love that he takes an interest in what I do, and hope that one day we'll be a mother/son team on the jewelry front!
