I'm almost finished with a random book I picked up from the free pile at Zack's preschool, and I have been pleasantly surprised and interested by it! "Outlander" by Diana Gabaldon is about a women in 1945 who, while on a vacation in the Scottish highlands with her husband, walks between two cairn stones (think, mini-Stonehenge) and disappears, coming out in 1743. I'm not much of a romance novel person, and this really isn't a traditional romance at ALL, but a historical fiction novel with some REALLY good, very well-written love scenes in it. Seriously, it's a fascinating read, and I recommend it. Oh, and I just realized it's a series, so YAY. More books!
