This afternoon we all went kayaking up the Choptank River, down some side creeks. It was an amazing day to be out -- calm water, perfect temperature, and no other boats on the water. On our way back down the river, we saw a bald eagle. Utterly amazing. I'd never seen one outside of a zoo.
